We often think of identity as logos, but at the base of all artistic elements are the feelings and memories that make us. These memories have the ability to positively build our personal identity and, over time, flow from our minds and flourish in our art, culture, and surroundings. Art can thrive in the right environments. It is like a plant that can grow when nourished by a perfect amount of sandy loam and water. The most intriguing part of our self identities is the ability for us to learn more about ourselves and our biases, and, ultimately, provide us the insight in where knowledge can be gained.
